Shipping, Returns & Care


All items are made to order and typically ship within one week. Our standard domestic shipping fee is $15, which includes insurance. 



International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates as there may be delays outside of our control. 

You will be notified about your shipments progress via SMS or email when your order is collected, when your order is out for delivery, and if any service incidents occur. 

If your order is being shipped outside of the US then you may need to pay import customs or import duties once your order has reached your country. You'll be contacted by your local customs to make the appropriate payment if necessary, and once paid, your delivery will be on its way to you!



We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a gemstone bracelet or gemstone necklace and understand that sometimes, especially when shopping online, you don't always get it right.

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. We do not currently handle exchanges.

To process a return, please send an email to so that we can assign an RA number. Once received, simply return your item(s) to the address provided in the email. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please allow 8-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. We will credit your original form of payment.

Custom pieces, gift cards, sale items and special orders are non refundable and non returnable. 



To increase the longevity of your gemstone jewelry, we do not not recommend wearing your pieces in the water. Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged water exposure in our pearl styles.
