RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of a gemstone bracelet or gemstone necklace and understand that sometimes, especially when shopping online, you don't always get it right.

We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. We do not currently handle exchanges.

To process a return, please send an email to returns@carolinecrowdesigns.com so that we can assign an RA number. Once received, simply return your item(s) to the address provided in the email. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Please allow 8-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. We will credit your original form of payment.

Custom pieces, gift cards, sale items and special orders are non refundable and non returnable.
